2007 Audi S6 5.2L Quattro AWD V-10 Own this car today for $12k. No games, no stressful consultations with ‘the sales manager’, no ‘documentation fees for out of state buyers’. Fly into CLE or CAK, I’ll pick you up at either air port and you can enjoy your drive back to anywhere as this car is ready to go. $12k is owner’s stick-in-the-sand number. I’ve driven the car for a few days and am in awe of how much car there is here for $12k. Car came to current owner from California explaining the super clean underside (see photos). You ‘Audistas’ know the story of this car I am sure. Lamborghini Gallardo derived V-10, Italian leather, aluminum body panels, all the expected Audi goodies including a NAV system that you can use without a computer-engineering degree, sun roof, super sound system, heated seats. 19” wheel package with 35-series Michelin Pilots for super handling but somehow leave it to german engineering to give you a very comfortable ride while you are on your way to your favorite non-straight back-road place. (I hope the guy I’m selling this car for doesn’t read this but: I have a highway exit I use to evaluate handling of sports cars I build or sell. This exit takes you around a 270 degree, decreasing radius, nicely cambered loop. The AWD handling on this car is ridiculous. It will take absurd speed in this sort of challenge without a hint of wanting to lose it’s grip on the pavement. No over or under steer folks! This thing feels like if it were to break loose, it would go into a 4-wheel drift rather than a spin). History and condition details —purchased by current owner in 2015 with around 60k mi —obviously well maintained, very clean inside and out with no issues —starts, runs and shifts quite well —all paint, glass and trim is very good —clean un-molested, non-smoker interior showing only minor wear mostly on entry side of driver’s seat —Very well equipped of course including AWD, NAV, satellite radio, heated seats, power everything including sun roof. Super nice sound system with speakers up the gazoo, rock on brother! —EVERYTHING WORKS AS EXPECTED. Not even a pixel out on the interactive screen controls, all electronic goodies work —Cold AC from excellent Audi dual zone climate control system —Exhaust system is clean and solid as is unibody and underside—see photos —Plastic belly pan below engine and trans improves under-car aerodynamics and weather protection —19” alloy wheels without typical midwest corrosion; minor curb rash on a couple of them. 5th alloy wheel with new OE Continental tire has never been out of the trunk. Recent Service —tires were replaced at 66k with OE spec Michelin Pilot 265 35 R19; they are wearing evenly and have a few thousand miles left in them. —Full synthetic oil changes per Audi recommended schedule —No check engine lights Wildcard Department--Only known accident was a low-speed deer collision--the car was stopped, the deer was going about 5 mph! Damage was confined to front sheetmetal and front lights. Front left fender (they don't repair aluminum fenders anymore--at least not in this country) and headlight unit was replaced, front end of car was repainted by Bedford Collision, a high quality Cleveland shop) work order is included (last two photos). Work came to $6500. Bottom line —the S6 is often mentioned as one of the cars that ‘one must drive in a life well lived’ on the car lovers forums.
